Before #sarcoidosis I could throw some stuff in a bag the night before (or even the day of) a trip and be reasonably certain I packed the essentials (but somehow unexplicably I’ve ended up with many plug travel converters). I wouldn’t say the stress was healthy, but it did work.
These days I’ve to take a few days off before and make a list to make sure I’ve got everything, and have my house in *some* order for the cat sitter.
I *am* #grateful though I still can make trips
