Not sure when I'll have an opportunity to listen through, but I usually find her quite insightful. For example, she pushed back in a public hearing against a Lord with regards to parsing the ICJ, to be later backed up by the president of the ICJ court who wrote that decision.

She has a bias, obviously, but has the positive attribute of making a coherent argument.

@tuban_muzuru @lovelylovely they know. They somehow twist compassion into evil. That's the confusion from which they likely suffer. Here on the #fediverse it presents as a sort of #sapirwhorfhypothesis syndrome characterized by a repetition of specific catchphrases and a singular perspective. Legalistically it's exemplified with a #goldilocks scope of context, such as selecting only convenient facts.

These protests aren't #flowerpower but all too often taking delight in death, masked as justice. They've somehow managed to incorporate Soviet rhetoric into #academia so that they're incapable of self-reflection.

It's the epitome of the #sapirwhorfhypothesis in action so that #warispeace is what they're protesting for.

Very odd.
