This spot used to be a four lane highway that cut through the heart of our downtown. Since 2017 it's been a lovely urban park with over 100 trees, sculptures, (and soon) a fountain. …and the traffic apocalypse that carbrains warned about, never came.

I am a just over one-year-old broken egg #TransWoman living in #SantaRosaCA
Over the years I have been many things but most enjoyed #Parenting #CityCouncil #Activism #Linux #HamRadio and so much more.
Technology has always fascinated me and I got my feet wet by building my first real computer, an 8088 with two 5.25" floppy drives. Later I would get involved with #Linux using #Slackware and kernel 0.89a.
I refuse to feel or act like I am expected to for my age as I feel like I have a new lease on life, especially after coming out.
#Activism has always been a part of my life as I participated in many political demonstrations while growing up in #SantaCruzCA including the walk-out protest of the Iraq war in 1991. My focus of late is advocating for #LGBTQIA and especially #TransRights. I made a bit of a splash in 2021 by calling out a bigot in #AberdeenWA, where I was living at the time. Google me!

Earlier this year I committed to writing a book and while I was #Writing that one, I started another on a completely different subject. The first is a #SciFi #Fantasy novel set on a moon with magickal secrets and gender-inclusive characters. The second is going to be a bit of an #Autobiography where I will be writing about my experience of #GrowingUpTrans.
There is a lot more to know about me and in a very un #Scorpio like manner I don't mind sharing a bit here and there, and I am excited to share a lot more here.
