I've mentioned that I think a high % of Mexicans are lactose intolerant based on the abundance of lactose free products. & ice cream seems not as popular as popsicles, sorbets, ices. Finding really good ice cream isn't easy. #SantaClara makes good, creamy ice cream. But I hate their corporate culture. I think Coke owns them? Their pricey transactions always include upsell attempts from zombielike workers. Boo! There's never a line.
