"The art of fermentation" ist wirklich die vollständigste Übersicht von Fermentationstechniken aus aller Welt.
Leider die sind die deutschen Übersetzungen der beiden Bücher beim Neonazi-Verlag "Kopp" veröffentlicht. Ich habe deshalb eine Bitte! 1/n
