Had planned to fit it in a real fish can,
but decided would be better, and simpler, to print the can too and make it bigger.
After some refinement in blender, I printed it on My A1 mini.
(had a few problems on the guitar supports)

I fit tested the parts

Then sanded, repared, replaced parts, broked parts, moaning, re-repaired, re-sanded...

it is made of 5 part :
-Fish can base
-can lid
-6 monsters
-crab clamp with keyboard
-crab leg

I finally wet sanded a bunch of #3DPrints that I had sitting around. Most of them were bases or toppers which I'm quite excited to get some paint on!

I also primed a bunch of printed models since the humidity wasn't 800% today! Now I've got 3298473785 things to paint! 🎨

Had to do a lot of sanding on this deck/terrace rebuild. Quickly becoming a fan of these angle grinder fibre discs. They're 40 grit, extremely fast, yet with a bit of practice the result is suitable for painting over immediately.

Takes maybe 5 minutes to get a 1.5m corner post (10x10cm) from sawmill finish to ready for paint.

They last really well, after about 15m of post I'm still on the first one. Way cheaper than flap discs, too.

I usually sand my #epoxy #resin pieces to a gloss but I am so sick of #sanding that I tried finishing a set of magnet sliders with UV resin. I sanded the surface up to 600 grit and then cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol. After curing, the top coat instantly delaminated when I pulled the masking tape off the edges.
