Their route was lined by the #SanctuaryRunners, where Irish ppl run alongside and in solidarity with, migrants, asylum seekers & refugees. Monica Pumpkin from Botswana presented #MichaelD & Sabina with yellow roses.

First time running the #Mallow Castle #Parkrun today! Great route and such a wonderful group of runners and volunteers. Any 5km effort is a brutal reminder of why I prefer long, slow, runs in the hills, but this stuff is probably good for me 😅 Great to meet up with some lovely #SanctuaryRunners too!
