  2. #SSCKhatumo eventually routed #Somaliland’s army in August with the help of #Puntland — while their opponents were probably supported by #Djibouti. Their new administration has been recognized as the 6th region of #Somalia in October. It has struggled to fully control its claimed territory however, including #Ayn, Western #Sool, and the coast of #Sanaag.
