Not to climb fire escapes, but, to maneuver the hilly streets! You can't drive everywhere and if you attempt to drive everywhere, you'll miss the essence of the city!

It's not quite like the mountain, but, I imagine it would be fun scaling. I don't know, maybe there are too many windows too close together to make it a challenge.
