Samsung starts rollout of One UI 9.0 for the Galaxy A07 (LTE)!

The rollout of One UI 9.0, which is based on Android 17, continues with the availability of the new update for the Samsung Galaxy A07 (LTE), which brings an improved experience for your Galaxy phone by introducing new features and other enhancements. This is an unprecedented move, as the Galaxy A07 was considered to be an entry-level phone.

Starting from today, One UI 9.0 begins distribution to Galaxy A07 (LTE) users in some countries, such as Indonesia and the Philippines, with more eligible devices being expected to receive the stable update during the next few weeks. The global release of One UI 9.0 for the Galaxy A07 still didn’t happen, so you’ll have to be patient while the update reaches your device.

You can identify this update with the DZJ5 build number with model number SM-A075F. Please note that this version of One UI is still unavailable for the 5G version. To install One UI 9.0, navigate to your system settings > Software update > Check for updates > Download and install. If you still see “Your software is up to date”, your phone may not have received the update yet.

Samsung releases One UI 8.5 for the Galaxy A07 5G entry-level phone

While the expansion of One UI 8.5 to many devices is still ongoing, we have seen more Galaxy A devices getting this update that provides you with many awesome features and a redesigned interface. The entry-level phone, the Galaxy A07 5G, received the One UI 8.5 update across different countries.

If your country is one of the following:

• Thailand [THL]
• Vietnam [XXV]
• Malaysia [XME]
• Philippines [GLB, XTC]
• Taiwan [BRI]

Then, you can download the One UI 8.5 update on your Galaxy A07 5G. The following firmware information is available, as spotted by Mohammed Khatri:

To update your Galaxy to One UI 8.5, follow these steps:

1. Open Settings, and navigate to System Update
2. Tap on Check for Updates
3. Press Download and Install

5. Wait until the phone reboots successfully

Make sure that you’re connected to a stable and fast Wi-Fi network to avoid high mobile data fees. Never interrupt the update in any way, or problems could occur later. Make sure that you apply all available updates once you update your phone for maximum stability. An update might take 5 to 10 minutes to apply, depending on the device and the type of the update being applied.
