I've been learning how to use Manim to create math animations. This is my attempt to animate net visitation, or movement flow, from the samc R package. Background grid is the net visitation map, which is really an aggregate of directional components. The moving lines are somewhat better at showing those components (with some significant caveats). #samc #Manim
