#Saltburn is a visually beautiful, breathtaking film. And yes, it relies a view times on shock value and revulsion - something that generally rarely upsets me. Here it results in some absolutely gorgeous, iconic scenes. What annoys me, however, is when an exciting film runs out of steam at the end and everything seems rushed and the final events seem ill-conceived. A more opulent "The Talented Mr. Ripley", albeit less clever and precise.
