Our local newspaper, the Salem Reporter, is needing to raise $4,500 by August 1st, 2026 to support two interns from the #UniversityOfOregon.

An excellent idea. #SalemOregon just announce a Google plan kept secret with city officials for 16 months for their $5 billion+ data center. They used a non-disclosure agreement which I deem "sneaky".

We had a huge #NoKings rally in #SalemOregon. Lots of enthusiasm and new faces. Some inflatable creatures, a knitted frog hat that I did not get a picture of, a string band, speeches, & signs everywhere. There was a "sign library" where people could drop or pick up signs. Josie got lots of pets and hugs.
