Is there anyone with human feelings at the #tory party? Now we have #sajidjavid calling for a £20 pay every time you visit your #GP and £66 every time you visit the #A&E #NHS. The number 66 hit me hard. Now is this a coincidence? #gtto #heartless.

They are really running the economy to the ground aren’t they? They are “preparing” the space for the #labour government.

I'd like to see some hard figures - a business plan, if you like - on the cost of a #GP and #AandE visit charge system such that proposed by #SajidJavid for the #NHS. From a political perspective my fear is that the notion may gain traction. Better to keep things simple, and free, and employ a stick approach to re-engineer people's behaviour as health system users.

of course, shifting to the 'contributory principe' has worked *so* well in #dentistry, hasn't it;

Every where you turn there are #Tories who claim to support the #NHS but whose suggested remedies to the #NHScrisis all involve patients paying;

I wonder why that is? of course nothing to do with the £800k donated to the party from private #healthcare firms, I'm sure (I mean that would like an accusation of #corruption!)

Saw this and thought of #sajidjavid... and a thousand other politicians.

#SajidJavid is the latest #Tory to decide rather than contest a brutal election where #voters might want to hold them accountable for the multiple crises they've engineered, a cushy job with a firm run by a chum is a better bet... he's not the first & he certainly will not be the last.

I expect a lot of 'new' Tories to stand in the next election claiming they're nothing to do with this lot... don't let them get away with it!

This is further proof if any need it that all these Tory MPs who quit as the country goes south and people face destitution made worse by government policies, - they were never in it to better people’s lives, they were in for their careers.#wato #SelfServatives #SajidJavid
