⚡️🇮🇹🚨La Regione Puglia ha denunciato il Governo israeliano per il sequestro e l’arresto dei cittadini italiani della Global Sumud Flotilla.
🔻 L’esposto sostiene che l’operazione della Marina israeliana sia priva di base legale, poiché Israele non avrebbe alcuna giurisdizione sul tratto di mare in cui navigava l’imbarcazione.
🔻Nella denuncia è citata anche la nave della Marina Italiana, che, dopo essere stata schierata per assistere i cittadini italiani a bordo, il 30 settembre ha abbandonato il convoglio.
🔻 Secondo la regione tale scelta avrebbe violato l’obbligo di garanzia e implicitamente riconosciuto il blocco navale imposto da Israele su Gaza.
