I made a thing! This is a super quick character generator for Level 0 funnels (continuing my thinking about running #SailorsOnTheStarlessSea.)

It includes some very simple rules, which are just the core of my homebrew system, but you could use these characters in any old school system.

I finally got around to reading #SailorsOnTheStarlessSea and I am entertaining the idea of running it as a funnel, as written. Not with DCC, but probably my own lightweight heartbreaker.

I'm trying to get my head around what the combat with beastmen would be like. Large numbers of NPCs I'm used to, but as written we're expecting a dozen PCs as well. Unless you're just expecting each player to say "I hit it my axe" umpteen times it feels like it would take ages.
