  1. 📂 Cybersecurity Awareness Month: Safe Sharing

    Protect your data:
    ⚠️ Share only with need-to-know
    ⚠️ Double-check recipients
    ⚠️ Use approved platforms
    ⚠️ Don’t share passwords via email/chat

A few extra seconds can prevent a breach.
👉 How do you share info safely?

  2. Mindless games
Counting sheep as a concept for relaxation never worked for me because a numeric inventory feels to my brain like a serious task. One “game” I have used with zero stakes (to me) was just coming up with strings of words:
    Sassafras
    Xylophone
    Arrivederci
    Bottleneck
    Unlimited
    Harpsichord
    Huntress Wizard
    Salivary
    Onomatopoeia
    Perspicacious
    Breathe
    Ferry
    Merry

    Etc.

  7. @vlrny
I’m promoting the idea of sharing any generally pleasant thought and ending with a prompt:

My grandmother used to always have ICE MILK in the freezer & that’s something I’ve never seen as an adult.

Please reply with anything at all. Possibilities: Have you had a class or a job that was more fun than work?

(I removed the hashtag ChainLetter because that implies tagging others. That’s a possibility but I want to see what happens organically.)

  12. @vlrny I think a fun tag to promote #SafeSharing might be something like #ChainLetter or #PassItOn. The idea being that people would share totally random things like:

I used to hunt shark’s teeth but it frustrated me and hurt my neck spending all my time at the beach intently looking down so now my goal is to pick up any broken shells that catch my eye.

Please reply with your own random fact. Suggestions: food or a childhood vacation.
