Eigentlich hatte ich mir neulich reine Bio-Kartoffelflocken als Teilzutat für histaminfreie Gemüsebrotaufstriche gekauft (klappt gut!), doch gestern habe ich entdeckt, dass sich damit leckerer Kartoffelstock ohne von mir unverträgliche Zusatzstoffe (wie in gekauften Mischungen) zaubern lässt – für so Tage, an denen ich wenig/keine Energie zum Kochen habe.

Dazu sind die Flocken auch eine gute Campingreserve. 🥰

My children and I had secured the worn-out tent, but unfortunately, it collapsed on us during the night due to the storms. It was very cold. We had a difficult night. I can't download the video due to a weak internet connection.
