  1. ☕️Having peeked inside US public administration, I feel qualified to call it a total mess. Running a state /is/ difficult when the only person reliably in charge of anything is the lovely lady at the local library.
    So much of the #SafeACT seems like a total no-brainer from a Europa perspective.
    Yet, one way or another, one has to admit it was obviously good enough to run that republic for 250 years—so there must (!) be room for a ten-year grace period, to give people time to get papers in order.
