Having cared for fam members, other loved ones who suffered from Alz's (+ similar forms of dementia), this one hits home. Hard. So many of us have had to deal w it. To put people through this + cutting ASAID $, is hateful. Cruelty is the pt: we know they're A-OK when innocents suffer/die #sadists

But we have to recognize what anonymity on social media has done to empower them
