Was denkt ihr, wie lange können wir uns noch an schönen Gletschern in #Europa erfreuen? Der Wasserspeicher in den #Alpen schmilzt immer schneller dahin. Als ich Jugendlich war, mass man den Rückgang der #Gletscher pro Jahr in Millimeter oder Zentimeter. Heute sind es mehrere Meter.

The highest piece of land I ever touched is the summit of the Nadelhorn 4,327 m (14,196 ft), Switzerland. The normal route starts in Saas Fee and after a night in the Mischabelhütte at 3329 m (10,960 ft) the route continues via the Windjoch to the summit. And yes, that is a snot bubble hanging on the guide's nose. 😃
