Dans quelque heures jevrejoins le camps CHATONS à Troyes :)
j'avoue que s2s, chatons dédié au logiciel libre et communauté sourde, est un peu flottant sur ces obligations et que nous sommes discrets.
Néanmoins, c'est l'occase de se rencontrer, de découvrir des ateliers et bien sur faire la fete...et de vous partager ces moments :neootter_pat:

Quel logiciel de visio libre recommandez-vous ?

Suite à l'épisode du QR code de signal et la modif du groupe, je me dis que signal n'est peut-etre pas adapté.
Du coup j'aimerai savoir quelles logiciels vous nous recommanderiez ?
Critères :
- logiciel libre
- multiplateforme : mobile et ordi
- très simple d'utilisation
- peut-etre avec mode sans création de compte ?
- création de groupe avec URL fixe > pour qr code
Option :
- gestion de multigroupe pour le support, decision collective...

Yes, I understand that. We (@openlink) have also built a generic #ActivityPub client and server -- hence my concern about why this isn't a @Mastodon option.
Why not add consistent ActivityPub protocol support on the #C2S front alongside what exists on the #S2S front.
This can all co-exist with the Mastodon native #API thereby increases choice on the front and backend side of thing re the burgeoning #Fediverse 😀

Yes, Server-Server (#S2S) is handling the federation aspect, but it gets tripped up in the broader sense of loose-coupling of clients and servers which is quite important.
The #Fediverse benefits from clients with rich #UI/#UX available to all #ActivityPub servers rather than just @Mastodon -- especially if that's kinda forced via its platform-specific #API.
This concern is from experience re #SocialMedia platform dynamics 😀

А есть тут кто-то, кто хорошо знает механику работы Matrix? В особенности S2S?
Суть такова:
Подумываю снести Synapse и воткнуть Dentrite. Понимаю, что официального мануала по миграции нет.
Вопрос: можно мигрировать хотя бы ключи/identity/etc сервера чтобы другие серверы продолжили воспринимать мою ноду как мою ноду, а не как MITM?
Если на новом сервере создам учётку с тем же именем как это будет воспринято другими серверами? Можно/нужно мигрировать ключи/identity аккаунта тоже?
Если потеряю диалоги и присутствие в чатиках - пофиг - заджойнюсь снова.
