My fun summer car. Lightly modified RX7.....
550+ HP, 2635 lbs full fluidsEVERYTHING was done by myself, except the machining of the block, because I lack the machine. haha. But, all welding, all engine rebuild, all planning for engine tolerances, etc, done by me. I absolutely love learning, and anyone can do whatever they put their mind to.
Not only did I learn more about building a computer to run everything on the car, but I also learned how to tune it. Spark and fuel curves, all the idle parameters and adjustments for throttle in various areas, etc.
Just an overall fun canyon carver. Amazing torsen lsd makes putting that power down sooo smooth in the corners.
Mods:
Megasquirt 3 ECU (built myself, tuned myself)
Summit +2cc domed pistons w/ valve relief
PRC 2.5 5.3L heads @ 58cc (valves: I:2.02",E:1.57")
Dual valve springs, titanium retainers
TSP 228R 112LSA
Bore is 3.81 (.030 over)
Block was decked down 0.004
Eagle H-beam rods
rotating assembly balanced
JTR Longtube headers
X-pipe
Magnaflow something mufflers... haha
LS6 intake manifold
