The Ryan grim #RuwaRomman interview is the best digest of the mtg issue I have seen
I would disagree with their conclusions, she has always been a sheepdog
Took her months to talk about it, and ONLY when the demographics were unavoidably skewed
And it's her pattern.
I have given a small bit of thought to how her junior status to Harris might have borged her into some of the khive things.
But I have seen her since her primary, before most knew who she was, and I kept an eye on, cuz of the great march of return 180 betrayal gets me ...
I remain convinced that I can count ppl on a national level that I would consider left on one hand.
That the left was defeated in the west, before I was born.
So, yea, I'm mostly critical of those claiming to be left and falling short, especially if they are flavor of the month or a darling or hero.
But yea, mtg AND carlson have major work to do in order to be credible on this issue unless they are obviously correct ..analysis or solutions? Nah...but the problem is they aren't sheepdogs for the left, they are independent operators
Their best quality it seems will be for splintering.
And yea I am glad I saw some #mtg harassment of #AOC and heard about her plagiarism of #IlhanOmar for her bill, but that doesn't take away what I see from mtg, in lock step with #rahmEmanuel about Zionism....the path of least resistance
Always has been.
Even her votes are insignificant to me, what ends up being telling imo, itlr is the consistent failures at essential nodes, and the begrudging support and always only when the wind is clearly shifting
