A Bellingcat investigation has identified 23 multi-storey housing complexes — more than 50 buildings with at least 6 000 apartments – being built in the ashes of Mariupol and advertised for sale, with low interest rate loans, to Russian citizens.
Meanwhile, many of the original Ukrainian owners cannot return home.

The number of Russians in Mariupol has increased by 7.8 thousand in six months. The legitimate mayor of the city, Vadym Boychenko, stated that their goal is to turn Mariupol into a "Russian city" and "sell" it to the domestic consumer as an achievement. The enemy continues the policy of Russification, bringing in Russian migrants and building mortgage houses for them, while trying to evict locals to the outskirts. #Mariupol #Russification
