@EU_Commission We have a lot of wealthy Russian nationals in our European community. We have given them golden visas. Many of those wealthy individuals are separated by just few degrees from Putin himself. If they had to return to Russia, may I suggest that would be an opportunity to upset the otherwise unshakeable status quo in Moscow?

An article (from 2017 I think) about trump's ties to the Russian mob in NYC from the 80's onward implied that trump made his money laundering Russian money through condo sales and his casinos.

Later, Mueller didn't find proof of a direct trump-Russia connection because no one would flip. Same situation today.
