Ich hab heute meine Lauf-Trainingsapp gewechselt. Von #RunningCoach zurück zu #Trait. Running.coach war mir einfach zu unflexibel, zu wenig Tempodauerläufe, zu viele zu langsame Dauerläufe. Mein Problem ist weder GA1, noch Spitzenintervalle. Ich brauche Tempohärte hinten raus. Da ist Trait einfach der bessere Baukasten.
