#LondonMarathon I did it! 6:33:02, which yes, was a bit faster than I thought I would go, so very happy with that. After only getting to it 4 years late, I’m very glad to finally get to that finish line. Now resting.

It was a bit fresh this morning. Not gone with the leggings yet but it’s getting closer to their reappearance from the wardrobe 🥶.
Went back to 1994 this morning and the incredible debut album, Burn My Eyes by Machine Head. What an absolute belter from the minute the drums start up and the guitar sounds come in over the top on the opening track Davidian, to the frenetic album closer that is Block!!

Anyone else starting the #RWRunStreak tomorrow? I've done it many times and really appreciated the commitment and consistency through the winter months.
I've been off running nearly 4 months now with an injury, and I'm really hoping my physio review will be a yes for gradual return to running.
A mile seems reasonable to aim for, even if I have to negotiate partially walking in the first instance! Fingers crossed!
