Generally, when rockets go BOOM!!!, it's due to some kind of fuel leak.
However, it also looked to me like the upper stage accidently fired, and was the critical failure that blew the first stage out from under it.

LC-36 is the only facility in the world built to launch the New Glenn rocket. That means that until the launch pad is rebuilt and re-certified, Blue Origin has no way to fly its largest rocket

Starlink satellite 34343 experienced an anomaly last Sunday, at 560 km altitude, and broke up into pieces.
LeoLabs imaged the area around the satellite and detected 10's of fragments. They characterize this event as "likely caused by an internal energetic source rather than a collision with space debris or another object. Due to its low altitude, fragments will likely de-orbit within a few weeks."
Now imagine such events with a million+ satellites in orbit.

• The demo craft was able to withstand peak forces around 28 Gs
• KID’s thermal protection system was able to maintain a temperature of ~30 degrees Celsius, while external temperature readings showed ~85 degrees 🌡️ Celsius

During a routine ambient-pressure test, the Liquid Oxygen Tank ruptured. Based on photos of the damage, it appears that a COPV at the bottom of one of the larger chines might have exploded 💥 during the pressure test. This excellent youtube video by a critical cybertruck owner goes over every major body panel which is glued on.
It's clearly possible to rip off some of these panels by hand.
Kinda surprised they haven't started walking off the trucks given how easy some of them come off.
Most panels appear to be easily pealed off part of the way.

LMAO, Tesla owners have been saying all week that the reports of Cybertrucks rapidly disassembling themselves on the highway are fake news.
Turns out Cybertrucks are infact falling apart because the GLUE that holds the stainless steel panels in place can't survive winter temps 🫠.
Can't imagine any other car owners defending the car maker for their $100k+ ride falling the fuck apart every winter.
