Hard/fast rules learned from reading I interviews with early #cartoonist of the #RubberHoseStyle that has had a resurgence because of #cuphead
1 anthropomorphic funny animals are a bingo.
2 nickel sized circle for a head dime sized pear shape for the body. Thick rubber hose limbs.
3 the fewer the lines the better.
4 must work as a 3d shape (have sculpted symmetry).
I am trying to learn more about this style so any other suggestions on #howtodraw would be appreciated.

It stars an #anthropomorphic puppy named Daxx and a red-headed young woman named Meg.
Been working on this most of the year but was developing characters and setting.
Kinda cannibalized a bunch of my failed projects from the last two years. Hope to start on a six-page and uniform panel-style weekly webcomic when I get the will and confidence to share them. The #Art is fairly traditional but the story is influenced by #Manga
