I need to see more C-drama* because I find this theme of Uncovering Secret And Ancient Knowledge fascinating. Back From the Brink and Word of Honor both subverts the trope; in BFtB they spread the secret to everyone, and in WoH the knowledge turns our to be outdated. I'm curious to see what happens here!

Alea the Black Cat has designated c-drama time her 'sleep on top of matte' time. Usually she's completely uninterested in what's happening on the screen, but this time she followed the action. I've never seen her looking so judgemental over something ever, and she's a _cat_. I'll probably enjoy this drama for All The Wrong Reasons.
Edit/update: That was easily the worst CGI(?) I've seen, the Care Bears Movie included! _Highly_ enjoyable!

Finished the Legend of ShenLi. A strand of war simping brings down its final grade, but over all it's highly enjoyable. Recommended!
Now I'm trying out Royal Guard: The Evil Menace. Yes, the plan was Mysterious Lotus Casebook. Unfortunately my wallet said no to an iQIYI pass 😢
