A couple of Daleks try to board a London Transport Routemaster at Shepherd’s Bush Green, much to the amusement of the conductor and an inspector. It’s all very well being encouraged to “Hop on a Bus,” but it seems to be attracting all sorts of odd types.

We took a train from Bristol to Warminster, then got on an old #routemaster #bus to the abandoned village of #Imber

We spent the rest of the day pootling around Salisbury Plain on various vintage #busses - it was a lot of fun!

I spent all of yesterday riding vintage busses to Imber on Salisbury Plain, a village whose residents were turfed out by the army to make way for training for D-day landings.

Now only accessible a few days a year, and once a year the fine folks of Imberbus (https://imberbus.org) have the exclusive right to drive to and through it.

It's been revealed that #TfL's #Superloop route SL3, which is a new #express route between #Thamesmead and #Bromley. They will be using three-door, two-staircase hybrid #buses named New #Routemaster.

I can't believe it's been more than a decade since I was in #London - where does the time go? Still a personal favorite not just because I love the old #RouteMaster #buses but because after this bus passed I hopped on the next on what was then the heritage route.
