Just got news that a friend who's my age (mid-40s) had a heart attack and is looking at a quadruple bypass.
Be honest with your doctors, y'all.

It's 1.40am. I had to work till late, even after coming home from work at 8pm. Have 3 lectures to do tomorrow; I'm 100% ready for one, 75% ready for the second, and 10% ready for the third.
This is not a usual practice for me, as I don't even turn my computer on after coming home from the universiry. But, some days are exceptional. This will pass.
