    Domestic life and commercial contracts don't mix well.

    Lease contracts here in Perth heavily favour the property owner, and frequently see their agents using the power imbalance to oppress and harass renters.
    But #RogerCook's government is OK with that.
    I did a #CELTA - 8 wk pressure cooker course - prepaid. Get sick? You get no refund on thousand$$.

    But somewhere I think there is a line. And I think "No refunds", if in the contract, was OK

    Just saw boats, boats, boats and more boats forming a long line as protective barrier for the swimmers in today's 19.7km swim from Cottesloe to Rottnest.
