Finland oversees repairs of Russian subsea cables in its exclusive economic zone.

The current repair efforts are focused on the Baltika cable, which is owned by the Russian state company Rostelecom. Repairs are expected to take about a week, depending on weather conditions.

Finnish authorities did not comment on whether the Baltika subsea cable damage was related to cable incidents impacting Finland.

Звонили из Ростелекома.

Говорили, что могут мне улучшить скорость "почти в два раза" потому, что у меня сейчас "средняя скорость 60 мегабит".

Я такой мысленно: "чоооооооо".

Спрашиваю каким образом они собираются увеличивать мне скорость. Начали рассказывать, что протянули мне в дом витую пару АЖ ДЕВЯТОЙ КАТЕГОРИИ.

Я опять мысленно: "Лол, ну допустим".

Чувак продолжает рассказывать, что ничего делать не придётся, что для того чтобы улучшить скорость они мне отправят промо-код, который я введу в ЛК и получу БОЛЬШЕ СКОРОСТИ А ЕЩЁ КУЧУ ИХ СЕРВИСОВ, ИХ ТЕЛЕВИДЕНЬЕ и прочее говно.

Я говорю, что оптику-то вы когда проводить собираетесь? На что он смущается и говорит, что неизвестно.

Говорит хочу ли я увеличение скорости.

Я говорю, что у меня на витой паре и так всё в порядке со скоростью.

Он разочарованно прощается и вешает трубку.

Вообще Ростелеком для впаривания своих побочных сервисов идёт на шаги граничащие с мошенничеством.

Ещё до того как они купили того провайдера, который прокладывал мне кабель, тот провайдер в отличие от тогдашнего Golden Telecom или нынешнего Билайн прокинул сразу хороший восьмижильный гигабитный Cat5 кабель когда остальные кидали четырёхжильный, где больше 100 мегабит не получить.
А если бы они даже вдруг прокидывали другие кабели до моего здания (конечно же нет - иначе бы давно оптику кинули) - звонить мне и предлагать вводить промокоды на подключение всякого говна было бы не нужно.

Кажется, у моего Ростелекома навернулся канал до Москвы.

Гитхаб и куча других сайтов не грузятся. SpeedTest до МСК выдаёт от силы 2 мегабита.
До Питера - 400-800 мегабит.
