At the time this song came out and years after that I always considered the song Diamond and Pearls too commercial and too cheesy. Later I changed my mind, because the song is ingeniously constructed and just top quality. And now this live version (from the blu-ray of Diamonds and Pearls Super Deluxe). I mean hear that sneaky fanfare trumpet sound, the completely different bridge, the epic guitar solo at the end (only live) and of course the always brilliant Miss Rosie Gaines!
