At the instructions of a most beloved friend tonight, I enjoyed apples and honey, while contemplating personal growth goals for the #NewYear. Was a bit of the transition that my soul has been craving.

It's nice being a Jewish Pagan, a 'Jewitch' if you will, when holidays synchronise. Rosh HaShana and Autumn Equinox together.
I had a Rosh HaShana dinner with friends, with the traditional apple dipped in honey, and served seasonal berries with the dessert honey cake.
My local woods generously gives oak and holly leaves, perfect for the equinox. I put them on the tray next to the holiday candles.
