This White Rose tea from Shanti Tea surprised me. It's not something I would have normally tried, but my mom was interested so I got her some. She brewed me a cup one day without telling me what it was. I was like, "Is this some kind of Baihao??" (I was thinking of white tip oolong where the leaves are bitten by insects to release a honey taste; its popular name is Oriental/Eastern Beauty.) It has a very full-bodied luxurious honey fragrance!
