  1. is one of those contrarian conditions where the ingredient that’s a miracle for one person’s rosacea is apocalyptic for another’s, so you go looking for products that are considered good for rosacea and no matter which type of rosacea you have you’ll have to wade through masses of stuff that’s actively bad for your particular rosacea. No signal at from that designation, only noise. 🙄

My yoga instructor brought them to class and I probably ate 2+ cups of fruit (She's drowning in them and everyone else had already left or I'd never). 24 hours later....here I am prickly. Not super prickly so I can probably eat them, just not gorge. Still annoying though.

  18. I am currently as well controlled in the #rosacea department as I ever get. I have just mixed my own damned red-pepper-free garam masala and there's gonna be tamarind chana with brown fried onions and bhatura for dinner tonight! On my own head be it! Will I miss the chilis? Sure. But this is also a big dose of the every-possibly-irritating-spice-in-the-book OTHER than red pepper... I'm pretty sure I can eat this. I haven't eaten this since I got my diagnosis. Fingers crossed. #food #cooking #FoodSensitivity

  33. Ich hab mir neulich gegen meine #Rosacea #Rosazea diese #Hautcreme gekauft und bin völlig hin und weg, wie toll die wirkt. Also falls ihr das auch habt, schaut mal ob die Creme ne Option für euch ist.
    (oh, und wirklich beim Abtrocknen nur ganz leicht das Gesicht abtupfen hilft mir auch extrem) #Haut
