    They were playing an Americana version of “People are Strange” by the band Dead South featuring banjo and mandolin.

    The sense of déjà vu came from listening to a very different and jazzy not folksy cover of this Classic Rock song by The Doors 20 years ago. I also wrote about it then, which was also during a fund drive for the station. sitnews.us/MacDougall/051305_m
