Well, now that we've officially finished ever mainline Dynasty Warriors game, let's take a bit of a break from all of the Musou and try out something a bit different here today. So, I don't talk Rom Hacks that much, mostly because I feel that is a rabbit hole I could fall down and never emerge from.
I have massive respect for those who make Rom Hacks, the skill and craftsmanship of some of them are absolutely fantastic.
Anyway, this one caught my eye as I was going to investigate some more PC-FX stuff. Which seems a bit weird as this is a hack of the Sega Genesis/Megadrive game Streets of Rage 2.
I have a blog post in the works regarding Sailor Moon La Luna Splende and, in it, I expressed that it is a shame that despite being a cult icon, Sailor Moon has been weirdly absent from the modern gaming scene.
Seeing a Sailor Moon themed Streets of Rage 2 Rom Hack fills me with excitement, as I am quite a fan of the Sailor Moon beat-em ups and having one that utilises Streets of Rage 2 as a blueprint gives me an enormous amount of hope for this.

Got a new ROM dumper! I'll be using this to backup and extract images from my gameboy camera cart's .sav file.
Next step will be to turn raspberry pico into a WiFi printer and just pull them via link cable, but this will tie me over until I have time for that project :blobfox3cevil:

Yeah so it turns out the Everdrive doesn't support MBC30 which is necessary for Johto Legends. I'll have to revisit this on an emulator then.
