...Mal wieder römisches Gewürzbrot (mit Fenchel, Anis & Koriander) gebacken. Ja, ich weiß, damals waren die Brote rund, wie Fresken aus Pompeji beweisen - aber Römer waren i. d. R. auch pragmatisch veranlagt, und für mich ist die Kastenform im Alltag einfach praktikabler. Passt also.

Nein, ich habe nicht vor, in der Arena Ruhm zu erwerben - dieses Buch ist allerdings die perfekte Ergänzung zum Römer-Kochbuch von Edgar Comes, da es weitaus gemüselastiger ist und auch noch weitere Puls-Rezepte enthält: Gesunde Ernährung für Leistungssportler eben... Da taugt es auch für mich "Normalo".
