Features two tracks that seemingly were never officially released, and an overall very intimate, personal experience. Extremely good quality for an AUD.

Great performance from Alvvays, featuring their hits like "Archie, Marry Me", and early performances of "Saved By A Waif" + "Your Type"; one of the earliest circulating live recordings I can find for them, the rest I've seen are 2016+.
