To me, this is the #Rofan mountain range in #tyrol . I took the photo it on a hike that will stay in my mind. The weather brought a bit of drama - and I wasn't very well prepared.
But all went well and it gave a good photo

It was a day where I was ... quite underprepared and almost had to cancel our hike. But - Spoiler - everything went fine and I was able to capture some strong #mountain #photos .

At this spot it got really hot and we were just glad that we were on the way back down and not up.

Well. Nothing serious happened but I learned to prepare better next time.

Last year we went to the #Rofan region near the #Achensee. This mountain range is a real dream. So versatile... That day there were a couple of clouds coming in. - I just looked around if any of the surrounding summits would look nice as a motive.

With my new 300mm lens - which is like a binoculars - I zoomed from one #summit to the other when I suddenly spotted this one hiker on a peak where I didn't believe a trail would go to.

Heute geht erst mal ein Danke an meinen Kollegen Toni raus. ;-) Der meinte nämlich, wir müssten unbedingt zum #Achensee, wenn wir "in der Ecke" sind. War eine wunderschöne Tour, bei absolutem Kaiserwetter. Von #Maurach über die #Dalfazalm, zur Bergstation der #Rofan|seilbahn und dann die #BuchauerAlm zurück nach Maurach.

There are interesting hashtags around here - like #waterfallwednesday (which I actually missed, since it’s Thursday already)

This is the Dalfazer waterfall in the #Rofan mountains near the #Achensee (#Tyrol #Austria) in early march. Fall height is about 60 meters.

Fortunately, there were not many people there at this time of year (actually no people at all).
