One last post (for now) as I can't keep my eyes open any longer. So much to do & see in #Switzerland, it's pretty tiring 😁 But I'd do it all again in a heartbeat.

Here we were on a #toboggan ride and I was (not so secretly) filming with #DJIpocket4. As I was enjoying the views too much to be staring at the tiny screen to see what was being captured, I'm happily surprised at the results.

#Rodelbahn #Oeschinensee

We reached #GarmishPartenkirchen yesterday evening after two layovers from #Denmark. A very very laid back trip. We're pretty obsessed with summer #rodelbahn riding, so today we visited the local one in Garmish. Compared to the ones we usually ride in #Harzen, this one was without seat belt and not fixed to the track, but worked more like a bob sled. Knowing that you could theoretically go over the edge gave the whole thing an extra layer of excitement. Yep, let's call it that.

Moving on to #Oberammergau, we visited the 2600m long #Kolbensattel rodelbahn. It takes some 20 minutes to get to the top by ski lift, and about 5 minutes to ride the cart down. It looked like a quiet and scenic route, but turned out to be quite thrilling. Habe heute Vormittag bei schönstem #Frostpendeln-Wetter entdeckt, dass anscheinend eine #Rodelbahn 🛷 über meinen Arbeitsweg geht.

Und ehrlich gesagt war ich froh, dass dank andauerndem #Schneefall und #Neuschnee viele Wege und Strassen noch nicht wieder geräumt waren. Mit #Spikereifen macht das so mehr Spass. Das #mdRddS war fast so schön wie ein freiwilliges #Rausgeschafft bei #Schnee, auch wenn's #mdRzA ging.
