The correct answer here was #RobertSchuman. he was born in Luxembourg and educated in Germany and France. He served as France’s Prime Minister and foreign minister, and he authored the Schuman Declaration on 9 May 1950, where he proposed pooling coal and steel resources, to prevent future wars. He was also instrumental in creating #NATO.
