the Hunter/Garcia song "Mission in the Rain" is not a particularly difficult tune to play, from a technical standpoint... but neither is it easy, and it _does_ have an interesting form!
since i've never seen a very detailed 1-page chart for this one, i made my own :)

Join us for #FortnightFridayMusic by @MarkIngs.
The word for June 13 is "Omen"Post and tell us about a #song with a title, lyric, theme or meaning related to the word.
Gonna go with Jerry Garcia's Reuben and Cherise which seems to fit the bill.

`"Crazy Fingers" was, in fact, all written beforehand. It was a page or two of haiku I'd been working on in a notebook. Jerry looked at them and said, "Hey, this might fit together as a song."` - Robert Hunter

this is the chateau, the house in menlo park where #JerryGarcia & #RobertHunter lived circa 1961, where garcia met #PhilLesh at the kitchen table, where #Pigpen got his 1st harmonica, & where there was once an out-of-control 3-day party called "the groovy conclave." hear more on the newest deadcast: https://www.dead.net/deadcast/adventures-pigpen-part-1 (photo via @InstituteJerry)
