  6. I was encouraged to reflect on #ConsciousTravel today. For me, part of slowing my travels down and being conscious in my travels is in taking the time to really learn about the places I visit. As such, I really enjoyed this article by Liz Campbell, as it does that - helps us to learn about the culture, in this case Japan's culture, and teaches us how to demonstrate our respect for that culture.

  10. It is always fantastic to celebrate being named as the finalists in an award’s program, but so much more so when they are for stories that are important to us as they do good, work towards #DEI, help to share the history of historically marginalised communities & support #Indigenous futures. Those are the stories that we are celebrating as finalists in the 2024 TMAC Awards & the stories that #Roamancing was designed for - stories of hope to make the world a better place.
