    @JuliaBarrell Many already do. The hard part is reaching those who don't, either directly, or indirectly (via media, political influence etc). And then to policy...and then on implementation of good policy.

    Wales has declared a nature emergency for years; partial success on policy but it still needs politicians who are prepared to buck the trend to implement. #LeeWaters was a truly stand-out example - 20mph default, #RoadsReview etc

    Tonight I’ve been moved to tears of gratitude to Lee Waters MS, deputy minister for climate change at the Welsh Government, for having the courage and vision to get whole heartedly behind the Wales #RoadsReview . Building new roads to maintain the car dominated status quo is manifestly incompatible with driving down carbon emissions from transport, but it takes a rare & very brave Govt Minister to act like it.
