Here a picture of me wearing my (unblocked) sweater. I’m a tad larger than the mannequin, so I really hope that with some washing the fabric will shorten and widen a bit. That’s what the swatch did, and the numbers in the pattern are based on 😃

The first cuff is done. Now to knit the next one, after that I can wash the sweater and determine whether the fit of the body is as intended….

I've made progress on my knitting, with one sleeve at 30 rounds and the other at 25. I'm alternating between the two sleeves to avoid second sleeve syndrome and ensure they're nearly finished by the time I reach the cuffs 😃

As you can see in this picture, the short row part of the second sleeve of Kanarie is now also done. So now it's a matter of knitting in the round until both sleeves are of sufficient length to start the cuffs! 😃

My grading spreadsheet has been reworked, and I worked out the correct numbers for the stitches to be picked up, the puff sleeve increases, and the short rows for Kanarie 😃

The neckband is finished! I used a stretchy yo bind-off. It's really rather stretchy, while staying in pattern and without even going up a needle size or knitting particularly loose. I'll make a photo tutorial about it! 😃

#StashdiveSaturday This stunning yarn by @rmryarnco is the El Barney colorway on the Gloria Aran base. I must admit that I didn't capture the true richness of the color. In person, it has a lot more depth with a tad bluer hue. I don't know yet what this yarn wants to be when it grows up, Please do let me know if you have suggestions!
